Soulidify was formed by Greg Weiss, one of Australia’s most experienced HR consultants. As an entrepreneur/business owner Greg has experienced first-hand the joys and frustrations in starting and growing your own business.

Michael Gerber, author of the classic book, the E-Myth Revisited, Why most small businesses don’t work and what to do about it said that most businesses are started by people in an entrepreneurial fit. Gerber says that most owners have an idea of the technical side of the business but not the business side of the technical.
It means that most business owners and entrepreneurs have in reality bought and sells a job rather than the business. There are key differences between running a job you’re good at and running a business that can be scaled- doing the thing that you’re good at.
The very best way to grow and scale your business is to find your operational other half, your operational soulmate.
This is someone who can help you to grow beyond the plateau that you are about to experience or have been experiencing long time.
