About Us

Soulidify was formed by Greg Weiss, one of Australia’s most experienced HR consultants.  As an entrepreneur/business owner Greg has experienced first-hand the joys and frustrations in starting and growing your own business.

Soulidify helps small to medium sized this businesses grow and scale sustainably so they can become absolutely phenomenal businesses.

Michael Gerber, author of the classic book, the E-Myth Revisited, Why most small businesses don’t work and what to do about it said that most businesses are started by people in an entrepreneurial fit. Gerber says that most owners have an idea of the technical side of the business but not the business side of the technical.

It means that most business owners and entrepreneurs have in reality bought and sells a job rather than the business. There are key differences between running a job you’re good at and running a business that can be scaled- doing the thing that you’re good at.

The very best way to grow and scale your business is to find your operational other half, your operational soulmate.

This is someone who can help you to grow beyond the plateau that you are about to experience or have been experiencing long time.

Examples: Think of Ray Kroc and Fred Turner at McDonald’s or Walt and Roy Disney or Disney or Henry Ford and James Couzens at Ford or Nick Molnar with Anthony Eisen at Afterpay.

The concept of operational other half was more recently made famous by Gino Wickman and Mark Winters who wrote Rocket Fuel. These are the people who are behind the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS), which is a practical method for achieving the business success that entrepreneurs always envisioned.

So, whether you are implementing EOS or whether you are just stuck, having plateaued and keen to grow, then Soulidify can help you with finding your integrator or your operations other half or what we call operational soul mate.

We are proud to be a member of the Recruitment Consultant. Society of Australia (RCSA). Soulidify upholds the RCSA Code of Conduct.
